Pharmacokinetics
The preparation is quickly soaked up at intake. The maximum concentration in blood is framed in 1-3 hours after reception and 7 hours remain. High concentration of a preparation are framed in lungs and kidneys. Sulfametoxazolum contacts fibers of plasma on 90 %, and Bactrim - on 45 %. It is allocated with urine: within 24 hours 40-50 % of Bactrim and about 60 % of Sulfametoxazolum.

A nausea, vomiting; allergic reactions; a leukopenia, a thrombocytopenia, an agranulocytosis; a nephropathy, a crystalluria.
Contraindications
