Dosage regimen
Dipyridamole prescribe in a dose from 75 to 225 mg/24h in stages. In serious cases a dose it is possible to raise about 600 mg/days
For the purpose of intensifying effect prescribe Dipyridamole in a dose of 150 mg/24h (on 75 mg 2 times/24h), in a combination with Acidum acetylsalicylicum - in a dose of 50 mg/days
For preventive maintenance of a flu in epidemics Dipyridamole prescribe on 50 mg/24h (2 tablets or 2 dragees on 25 mg in 1 reception). The preparation is accepted by 1 time in 7 days within 5-7 weeks.
For preventive maintenance Dipyridamole prescribe on 100 mg/sut (2 times on 2 tablets or on 2 dragees of 25 mg with an interval between receptions in 2). The preparation is accepted by 1 time in 7 days within 8-10 weeks.
Preparation accept on an empty stomach, tablets and a dragee swallow entirely, not getting to the core and not fracturing, washing down with a liquid small amount.
Side effect
From the alimentary system: vomiting, a diarrhoeia, a nausea.
From cardiovascular system: at application in high doses - an arterial hypotension, inflow, a tachycardia.

Contraindications

Pregnancy and lactemia
Preparation application is possible at pregnancy under indications.
Special indicatings
At the simultaneous use of tea or coffee vasodilating action of Dipyridamole can decrease.
Use in pediatrics
In connection with absence of sufficient clinical experience of application Dipyridamole do not recommend to prescribe to children aged till 12 years.
Overdosage
Symptoms: intensifying of the described side-effects is possible.

Medicinal interaction
At simultaneous application of Dipyridamole and anticoagulants or Acidum acetylsalicylicum probably mutual intensifying effect.
At simultaneous application Dipyridamole strengthens effect of antihypertensive medical products.
At joint application Dipyridamole weakens anticholinergic effects of inhibitors of an anticholinesterase.
At simultaneous application xanthine derivatives are weakened by vasodilating action of Dipyridamole.
Conditions and periods of storage
The preparation should be stored at a room temperature. A dragee period of validity - 5 years. A period of validity of the tablets covered with a cover - 3 years.
