Pharmacodynamics
High-speed diuretic with the expressed diuretic effect.
Pharmacokinetics
Furosemidum action comes in 30-60 minutes after intake. The maximum of action for nabout 1-2 hours. Duration of effect makes 2-3 hours (depending on function of kidneys to 8).
Indications to application
Hydropic syndrome of a various genesis, including at chronic heart failure IIB-III of a stage, a cirrhosis (a syndrome of a portal hypertensia);
Hydropic syndrome of a renal genesis (at a nephrotic syndrome in the foreground there is a basic disease treatment);
Acute left ventricular failure;
The edemas caused by combustions;
Arterial hypertensia.

Contraindications
Acute glomerulonephritis, acute renal failure, disturbances of a water-salt exchange and (a hypopotassemia, an alkalosis, a hypovolemia, a hyponatremia), a hepatic coma, a diabetic coma. A hypersensibility to Furosemidum.
Treatment by Furosemidum should be spent width a diet rich with a potassium.
Interaction with other medical products
Under the influence of nonsteroid antiinflammatory preparations the diuretic effect of Furosemidum decreases.
Way of application and dose
The dosage regimen is established individually, depending on indications, a clinical situation and age of the patient. In process a dosage regimen correct depending on size of the diuretic answer and dynamics of a condition of the patient.
Preparation prescribe inside in the morning, to meal. The initial dose for adults makes 20-40 mg (1/2-1 tab.). At insufficient action a dose gradually enlarge to 80-160 mg a day (2-3 receptions with intervals of 6 hours). After reduction of edemas the preparation is prescribed in smaller doses with a break by 1-2 days.
Side effect
At long application, and also at appointment in high doses probably development of a hypovolemia, a dehydration, a hyponatremia, a hypopotassemia, a hyposalemia. Also the nausea, vomiting, a diarrhoeia, a dermatitis, a hyperuricemia (with a possible exacerbation of a gout), a hyperglycaemia is possible. At application of high doses of Furosemidum for patients with disturbance of secretory function of kidneys are on occasion possible: deafness, disturbances of sight, paresthesia.
Owing to the raised loss of sodium (especially in the conditions of insufficient entering of salt) can arise: apathy, appetite loss, feeling of delicacy, slackness, drowsiness, confusion of consciousness. Owing to loss of electrolytes and a liquid already available metabolic alkalosis can amplify.
Allergic reactions are possible; dermal rashes, an itch; the anaphylactic shock is on occasion possible.

Storage conditions
To store in the cool place protected from light at temperature no more 25 celsium. To store in places inaccessible to children!
Period of validity
5 years from the moment of release. The preparation should not be applied after the date named on packing!
