Indications
- Preventive maintenance of attacks of a stenocardia, including angiospastic;
- A soft arterial hypertensia;
- Angiospastic disturbances of a cerebral circulation;

Dosage regimen

Side effect
From cardiovascular system: the hyperemia of integuments, a caumesthesia, a tachycardia, an arterial hypotension, peripheric edemas are possible; seldom - a bradycardia, a ventricular tachycardia, an asystolia, intensifying of attacks of a stenocardia.
From the alimentary system: a nausea, a heartburn, a diarrhoeia; rising of activity of transaminases of a liver, occurrence of an intrahepatic cholestasia (are possible at long reception in high doses).
From party TSNS and peripheric nervous system: a headache; paresthesias, pains in muscles, a tremor, easy visual disturbances, dream disturbances (are possible at long reception in high doses).
From hemopoiesis system: on occasion - a leukopenia, a thrombocytopenia.
Allergic reactions: the dermal eruption is possible.
Contraindications
- An arterial hypotension (a systolic BP below 90 mm hg);
- Ventricular tachycardias with expanded complex QRS;
- Syndrome WPW or LGL;
- AV blockade II and III degrees;
- A cardiogenic shock;
- A serious heart failure;
- A serious aortal stenosis;
- A hypersensibility to nifedipine.
Pregnancy and lactemia
