- A hepatitis;
- A hepatic coma;
- Hypoglycemic conditions;
- Diseases of system of a hemopoiesis (including an agranulocytosis, various forms of leukoses, a Werlhof's disease, a hemolitic anaemia);
- Dermal diseases (an eczema, an exfoliative dermatitis, a psoriasis, a Lyell's disease);
- Eye diseases (including a sympathetic ophthalmia, allergic forms of a conjunctivitis, not purulent keratitis, an iritis, an iridocyclitis, a uveitis, a choroiditis);
- Specific pediatric indications: acute rheumatic disease, a hysterical chorea, an asthmatic bronchitis, a nephrotic syndrome.
Dosage regimen
Establish individually.
At acute conditions and as an overwhelming dose prescribe 20-30 mg/sut (4-6 tablets.). The Maintenance dose makes 5-10 mg/day (1-2 tablets.). At a nephrotic syndrome, the leukoses, some rheumatic diseases a preparation prescribe in higher doses.
To children Prednisolone is prescribed in a dose from calculation by of 1-2 mg/kg/days
Treatment stop, gradually reducing a dose.
Side effect
From the party GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT: ulcerogenic action.
From the endocrine status, a metabolism: negative nitric balance, a glucosuria, a steroid diabetes, a hypopotassemia, an atrophy of a cortex of adrenals.
The other: the lowered resistibility to infections, an arterial hypertensia, an osteoporosis.
Contraindications
- A stomach and duodenum peptic ulcer;
- An osteoporosis;

- The bacterination period.
Pregnancy and lactemia
In pregnancy, especially in I trimester, Prednisolone should be prescribed with extra care.

Special indicatings
