Indications

Contraindications

Side effects
From the alimentary system: a gastralgia, an abdominal pain, a dysphagia, an eructation, a glossitis, an esophagitis, a duodenitis, esophagus and stomach ulcers, a colitis, a diarrhoeia or a constipation, a nausea; sometimes - disturbance of function of a liver. From nervous system: a headache, giddiness, an asthenia, unusual fatigability, a myasthenia. From sense organs: an acute iritis (a sclera hyperemia, a pain in eyes), an amblyopia, an illegibility of visual perception, dryness of a mucosa of eyes, a ring in ears. Allergic reactions: a dermal eruption. Other: an ostealgia, an arthralgia, a bronchitis (tussis), a sinusitis, a stethalgia, peripheric edemas, an insignificant transient hypocalcemia and a hypophosphatemia. An overdosage. Symptoms (are potentially possible): a hypocalcemia. Treatment: a gastric lavage, appointment of antacids, milk (for absorption depression), i.v. - preparations Ca2 +, symptomatic therapy.
Way of application and dose
Inside, for 30 mines till a breakfast or through 2 h after food intake, washing down 200 ml of water.
Special indicatings
For augmentation of rate of passage in GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT and depressions of undesirable influence on a mucosa GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT patients are not recommended to lay down during 30 mines after preparation reception. During treatment observance of an adequate diet with sufficient maintenance Ca2 + and vitamin D is recommended. If necessary probably additional appointment of preparations Ca2 + and vitamin D. During treatment probably insignificant symptomless depression in plasma of concentration Ca2 +, phosphorus. It is not necessary to use simultaneously with preparation reception foodstuff, drinks, containing Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Al3 + and Fe. During pregnancy preparation application probably if the potential advantage for mother exceeds potential risk for a foetus. During thoracal feeding preparation application should be stopped.
Interaction
Containing Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Al3 + and Fe, can reduce preparation absorption. There are no clinically significant interactions with blockers of H2-histaminic receptors, inhibitors of the protonew pump, beta adrenoblockers, anticoagulants, warm glycosides.
