Pharmacological action
Reduces a tonus of a smooth musculation, mainly urinary ways. Spasmolytic action comes through 1 h after reception, the maximum effect - through 2 h.
Indications
Dysuria, nocturia, cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis (expected treatment).
Urispas Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, obstructive diseases of urinary ways; impassability of the gatekeeper; intestinal impassability; an achalasia; a gastroenteric bleeding; an angle-closure glaucoma, children's age (till 12 years).
Urispas Side effects
Giddiness, headache, drowsiness, uneasiness; an accommodation paresis, visual acuity depression, ophthalmotonus rising; seldom - confusion of consciousness. A tachycardia; a leukopenia; a nausea, vomiting, dryness in a mouth; an urticaria, dermatoses, a hyperpyrexia.
Urispas Dosage
Inside, to adults and children is more senior 12 years - on 100-200 mg 3-4 times a day. At reduction of symptoms of disease the dose can be reduced.
Special indicatings
At occurrence of drowsiness or a sight ambiguity it is necessary to refrain from driving of a motor vehicle and any other activity demanding special attention.
