Scientists in (USA) have made the atlas of the bacteria living on different sites of a human body of University of Colorado.

Outside and in a human body live about 100 billion the microbes playing a key role in many physiological processes, such as development of immune system, digestion and scaring away of potentially pathogenic microorganisms.
Experts have analysed the bacteria taken from 27 sites of bodies of nine healthy volunteers, and is unexpected for itself have found out an improbable variety bacteriemic colonies which differ not only on different people, but also on different parts of a body.

Within three months from everyone experimental (as a rule, in an hour-two after acceptance of a shower by them) was it is taken on four samples. Using genetic sequencing and computer technologies, scientific made "profile" of the bacteria living on each of certain sites of a body.

On the majority of parts of an integument the structure of bacteriemic colonies considerably varied from the analysis to the analysis even if assays belonged to one person. Less than the other the bacteria living in axillas and soles of feet differed - it is probable, that medium there dark and wet. But the least quantity of differences has been taped at bacteria in a mouth. On a head skin (on a forehead, a nose, an ear and a pilar part) one type of microbes, as a rule, dominated. And on a body and feet different groups equally dominated.

Results of research have caused mass of questions in scientists. For example, they wish to learn, why on a body of the healthy person such set of various bacteriemic colonies lives, whether each person individual bacteriemic "signature" since a birth has or it varies with the years, and bacteria for the person are how much significant.
Answers to these questions will allow to begin researches on search of genetic markers of diseases.
