Scientists from the London university Kingz-college have tried to track dependence of sites of DNA which are responsible for ageing of the person, on quantity of birthmarks on a body.
Researches in which 1800 twins have taken part, have shown, that the more at the person of birthmarks, the it is more probability of that its DNA possesses special mechanisms of protection against ageing.
These conclusions have surprised scientists as before it has been proved, that the considerable quantity of birthmarks raises risk of melanoma development and leads to the heavy form of a skin cancer.
Birthmarks, as a rule, appear in the childhood and with the years can disappear. On the average on a body of the person it is possible to count about 30 birthmarks, but sometimes their quantity reaches 400.
Scientists have found out communication between quantity of birthmarks- trailer sites of genes which just and are indicators of ageing of heart, muscles, bones and arteries of the person.
Amazing results
Having compared quantity of birthmarks, scientists have come to unexpected conclusions: the difference at biological age between owners of 100 birthmarks and who has more of them 25, makes 6-7 years.
«Results of our researches are simply amazing. For the first time it has been proved, that people with a considerable quantity of birthmarks though are exposed to serious risk of development of a cancer, on the other hand, and can longer live», - authors of the project consider.
Scientists hope, that in the future their opening will help to struggle with such age diseases as a stenocardia and an osteoporosis.
At the same time the British oncologists consider, that results of researches demand the further acknowledgement. For now urgently recommend to owners of a considerable quantity of birthmarks to be protected from the sun.
