Scientists from the Harward school of public health in Boston (USA) have carried out research and have found out, that from men, at whose ration there are such products, less often, than at other, the hypertonia develops.

51 529 men of 40-75 years of whom observed throughout eighteen years have taken part in research. 31 684 examinees at the moment of the experiment beginning were not ill with a hypertonia, a cancer or warm illnesses. To the observation termination by the raised blood pressure 9 227 persons suffered. The overwhelming majority of them ate daily no more than 3 grammes of bread from raw grain. And those who used on the average 52 grammes of grain, on 19 % are more rare than the others were ill with a hypertonia.

It is remarkable, that communication between the use of raw cereals and risk of development of a hypertonia remained without dependence from that, how many examinees of a fur-tree of vegetables and fruit, whether took vitamins, whether were physically active and whether were checked on the maintenance in cholesterol blood.
Raw grain well is digested an organism and contains a lot of fat and useful substances. The American physicians recommend to those who wishes to keep health of cardiovascular system, to use at least 85 grammes of raw grain a day.
