Scientists have learnt to rejuvenate a warm muscle
The Israeli scientists managed to make drama break in business of heart diseases treatment, having learnt to grow up in a stomach of mice of a tissue of a cardiac muscle which later are used for "patch" hearts after an infarct.Research of the employee of university of a name Ben-Guriona in Beersheba doctors Tal Dvir is published in American scientific magazine Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
Cells of a muscle of a warm tissue undertook at newborn mice and changed to genetic "basis" where to them growth factors were added. As soon as cells reached a certain maturity, they changed in a mouse stomach where the tissue continued to grow, and the system of blood vessels developed.
In a week, this tissue was used for patching the sites which have suffered from an infarct of a cardiac muscle. On merging of "patch" with a cardiac muscle 28 days were required, for this time there is a bond of blood vessels of "patch" and a muscle.
Advantage of a new method is that increment the tissue does not leave a scar on a cardiac muscle which is a usual consequence of an infarct and the reason of ascending of pressure upon a heart wall that, in turn, can lead to a following infarct.
