The special certificates providing free reception of all preparations will be developed for patients, accessible in system National Health Service (NHS). Certificate Period of validity will make 5 years, and patients can update it so much time, how many it is necessary.

In September of last year the prime minister of the Great Britain Gordon Brown also underlined, that in the long term such possibility will be given patients with chronic diseases, such as, for example, a heart disease, a bronchial asthma or an arthritis. The total sum allocated for a covering of free appointment of antineoplastic and other preparations within the limits of this program, is estimated in approximately 300 million pounds sterling.
