Scientists have warned about harm of vitamins
The American scientists have urged to approach with care to the use in vitamin A nutrition as its overabundance can do to an organism serious harm, having caused problems with development of energy by cells and having framed chaos in all internal organs.Employees of one of the research centres of New York have paid attention to potential danger of this substance, engaged in struggle against oncologic diseases. Experts have noticed, that people can unconsciously exceed a necessary dose of vitamin A as it contains not only in nutritious additives, fruit and vegetables, but also in various cosmetic creams.
At carrying out of experiments scientists used human cells and cells of an organism of laboratory mice. Thus experts estimated vitamin A action at various stages of development of energy. It has appeared, that its key component - Retinolum - represents itself as the nutritious gauge at the given processes. It also is necessary for a mitochondrion metabolism, informs AMI-TASS.
If the organism receives too much or not enough similar substance the mitochondrion does not function properly, and in cells of all internal organs there comes chaos that is fraught with serious disorder of health. In this connection scientists have advised to use the alimentary and cosmetic products enriched by vitamin A with care.
Let's remind, that earlier Spanish researchers have found out the raised concentration of other vitamin in juice and soft drinks. The superfluous quantity of Acidum ascorbinicum can lead to unpleasant consequences, including disorder of a gastroenteric tract. However at careful gaugings it was found out, that in production of many manufacturers contains much more vitamin C, than it is specified on labels.
