Healthy diet
Healthy diet - a healthy semen, the Spanish scientists in magazine Fertility and Sterility have proclaimed. "The healthy, balanced diet is important not only for preventive maintenance of such diseases as diabetes or a hypertonia, and depressions of level of cholesterol, - confirms Haime Mendiola from University of Murcia. - it can appear useful to maintenance or even improvement of genesial ability at men".
Scientists know about communication between consumption of certain substances and man's sterility. Earlier Haime Mendiola and its colleagues have shown, that men who prefer meat-and-milk products to the detriment of salad-latuku, to tomatoes and fruit, thereby reduce quality of the seed.
This time researchers have paid attention to concrete nutrients which can influence a semen. Scientists have compared diets 31 healthy men and 30 men to poor quality of a semen.
Doctors have considered smoking, age, an index of mass of a body, influence of toxins on a workplace and have come to conclusion, that the diet remains the major factor. Men with a normal semen use more carbohydrates, alimentary fibers, a folate, vitamin C and licopin in comparison with the unlucky colleagues. Besides, they absorb less Adepses and fibers.
At last, it was found out, that low level of antioxidants also makes negative impact on quality of a seed.
