HIV in blood and in a semen - not same
The HIV containing in blood of the person, differs from a virus which contains in a semen, according to scientists. Now the science should find out, whether plays it any role at infection.Virus HIV-1 which contains in a seed, differs from HIV-1 in blood. Probably, it is bound by that the HIV changes when passes on a genital tract. To such conclusion from University of Northern Carolina the command of scientists has come to the USA, and also Institute of research of vaccines of Edward Dzhennera to the Great Britain and the Pediatric centre in Malawi. Their given researches are published in magazine PLoS Pathogens online edition.
Scientists tried to understand better mechanisms of transfer of a HIV for what have compared a genetic code of the basic surface of fiber HIV-1 in blood and a seed. "At some men virus population in a seed was precisely same what and in bloods that allows to assume, that the virus from blood has got to a genital tract, instead of was there initially, - the author of research Ronald Svanstrom speaks. - However we have found out two mechanisms which essentially change virus population in a seed, and it allows to tell, that the virus can grow in a seed in two ways".
One way includes fast growth of one or several viruses in a seed for the short period of time. It generates population HIV-1 rather similar to that that is available in blood. During other way the virus copies T-cages in a seed during the long period of time. And it leads to occurrence of separate population of a HIV which differs from that that is in blood.
Yet it was not possible to establish, whether plays it any role by transfer of a virus from the person to the person. Ahead new researches.
