Vegetables and fruit reduce risk of a larynx cancer


larynx cancerThe new scientific research spent with participation of 1800 persons, allows to assume, that the one who eats variously and uses many vegetables and fruit, has less chances to be ill with a larynx cancer.

Physicians investigated patients in whom one year the malignant tumour of a larynx earlier has been found out. For comparison the group of healthy people has been invited. Within 2 years all participants followed indicatings in respect of a food. By means of these data researchers have calculated quantity of various products which were consumed at least once in a week.

In their opinion, the minimum 6 - 7 grades matters not only mass of fruit and vegetables in the menu, but also the regular use. Only in this case depression of risk of disease by a cancer was clearly appreciable. Possibly, the positive effect was rendered by interaction of antioxidants, vitamin C and Beta carotin. At the same time, the use of different grades of meat raised risk of occurrence of a cancer of a larynx.
