Children who use many milk products, will live more longly, the research spent by the British and Australian scientists testifies.They have found for people who in 1930th years participated in scientific research on studying of influence of milk products on an organism. Then, 65 years ago, in this project participated about 4400 children.

Scientists have studied food habits in different families and the diet rich with calcium and high consumption of milk products, in particular - milk have found out, that, reduces risk of mors on 25 %, informs BBC.
Reception of the raised day dose of calcium - at least 400 mg which are present at a milk glass, reduces risk of mors from a stroke on 60 %.
Now experts recommend to use such quantity of calcium daily.
For this purpose it is necessary for the majority of people every day three times there are milk products, for example, 200г milk, a jar of yoghurt and a cheese slice.
It is impossible to exclude and influences of other factors though as researchers specify, they have taken into consideration that fact, that children from more prosperous families use more than milk products and in general eat is better. However is that certificate, that high consumption of calcium normalises pressure.
At the raised blood pressure the risk of a stroke is enlarged.
Consumption of milk products improves a condition of cardiovascular system by means of a hormone - the so-called insulinoid factor of growth 1 (IGF-1), scientists from Bristol university in England and Institute of medical researches in the Australian state of Queensland specify.
At adults high level of a hormone (IGF-1) reduces risk of occurrence of a heart failure and mors from warm illnesses.

"For now our reference to parents consists that children should receive the food rich with vegetables and fruit, and as small as possible sated Adepses and salt", - it has specified.
June Davidson from the British institute of warm diseases notes importance of reception since the childhood of the balanced food and including in a ration of milk products.
"But teenagers and adults should consume milk products with the low maintenance of Adepses, in particular, skim milk that will lower consumption of sated Adepses and will help to keep heart healthy", - she has told.
But between milk products and disease by a cancer scientists and have not found out communication. In some researches the augmentation of risk of occurrence of a cancer, and in others - depression was traced.
