Soya fiber protects the women who have transferred a cancer of a breast


SoyaThe research spent in the Medical centre of University Vanderbilta (USA), has confirmed, that products from a soya well influence the women who have transferred a cancer of a breast.

Observation over the big group of the Chinese women who suffering from a cancer of a mammary gland and have received medical treatment, has shown, that reception a day reduces risk of mors and disease relapse to 11 grammes of soya products. For comparison: one slice of bread weighs 30-40 grammes.

Soya products are rich with natural components isoflavones which concern group of phytoestrogens; their structure is similar to a female hormone to estrogen which can change a breast tissue. The previous researches showed, that the soya helps mammary gland tissues to ripen earlier and better to resist to the agents causing a cancer.
During last research experts have analysed a food 5 with superfluous thousand inhabitants of China 20-75 years for which since March 2002 till April, 2006 the breast cancer has been diagnosed. All examinees have transferred surgical operations on excision of mammary glands.

Observation was conducted till June of 2009. For this time from 5 033 participants 444 have died, and at 534 there was a palindromia that has as a result led to mors. The patients consuming many of soya products, on 29 % risked less to die during research. At those who ate not enough soya, the risk of repeated development of a cancer of a breast has been lowered on 32 %. The Death rate among the examinees consuming few and many of soya fiber, has made 10,3 % and 7,4 % accordingly. And frequency of a repeated cancer of a mammary gland was equaled 11,2 % in the first group and 8 % - in the second.

It is curious, that as much as possible salutary effect was reached, if the woman used 11 grammes of soya products a day. Eating of soya fiber in considerable quantities did not conduct to additional depression of risk of mors or a repeated cancer.
