The group of the German scientists studied cellular mechanisms, at renal insufficiency regulating neogenesis of renal canaliculuses after treatment by a transplantation method stem cells. One of the main unresolved problems - stem cells integration in a microenvironment of the organ amazed with disease, and also their differentiation in cells of an epithelium and formation of canaliculuses. During researches it was revealed, that new biomaterials promote correct spatial construction of canaliculuses.

Experiments are executed on stem cells culture received from kidneys of newborn rabbits. At cultivation of these cells used fibers from the polyester, supporting formation of canaliculuses; perfusion by the medium containing Aldosteronum and tubulogenes factor was spent. By a method of a scanning submicroscopy and use of corresponding antibodies it has been shown, that stem cells were differentiated in characteristic cells of renal canaliculuses.
