The Dutch scientists have found out, that if people from an age category from 65 years and are more senior long time worry the stress causing raised level of a hydrocortisone in blood their risk of mors next six years from problems with heart is enlarged five times. Strokes, infarcts, heart attacks and an acute heart failure can become a cause of death. And here as the cancer, stress in addition does not influence development of such illnesses.

Researchers from University medical centre VU have measured hydrocortisone level in urine 861 persons from 65 years and is more senior. The analysis was spent once within 24 hours. Then health of these people watched within six years, and all their morses were carefully fixed.

It was found out, that participants of researches with the highest level of a hydrocortisone five times died of cardiovascular illnesses is more often. In calculation scientists accepted all available risk factors of mors at these diseases, including bad habits, a way of life and a diet so final settlements were deduced taking into account these errors.
