Vaccine from a HIV in salmonellas
Researchers have paid attention for the first time to communication between a HIV and a salmonella. It was found out, that AIDS virus influences immune system of the person such by to which attention the science earlier did not pay. But now we had a hope of a vaccine. The salmonella virus often causes fatal infections of vascular system in the people having a HIV, especially in Africa. Though about this risk it was known already about 25 years ago, just now scientists could find scientific explanations to the given fact.
Problem as it has appeared, the immunodeficiency virus, and excess of antibodies causes not. This opening should fill blanks at creation of new generation of more powerful vaccines.
"Was surprising enough to find out, that in this case we deal more with dissonance of immunity, instead of with its deficiency as it was considered to be earlier", - the head of researchers from University of Birmingham has declared. It is considered to be, that the HIV stops work of immune system because kills so-called CD4-cells which control the answer of an organism to intrusion of "foreign aggressors".
However in a case with a salmonella in HIV-infected blood very high quantity of antibodies to this virus is found out. They do not kill illness for that simple reason that "cling" not to that part of a bacterium.
The immune answer to a salmonella of people from a HIV essentially differs from those patients who has no HIV. Here again a question at all in delicacy or force of immunity. This opening is very important both for doctors, and for founders of new effective vaccines.
