Nonsteroid antiinflammatory preparation
Pharmacological action
Derivative propionic acid. Renders expressed antiinflammatory and febrifugal action. The mechanism of action of a preparation consists in inhibition of migration of leucocytes, depression of activity of lysosomes and inflammation mediators. Aleve is a strong inhibitor quenches synthesis of arachidonic acid. Besides, Aleve inhibits activity of cyclooxygenase of arachidonic acid that leads to oppression of synthesis of intermediate products of Prostaglandinums. Inhibits aggregation of thrombocytes.
Pharmacokinetics
After intake Naproxenum quickly and almost is completely absorbed from GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT.
The maximum concentration in a blood plasma is reached during 2-4 h. Linkage with squirrels of plasma - 99 %. It is excreted mainly with nephroses. An effective half-life - 12-15 h.
Aleve - Indications to application
Pseudorheumatism (including juvenile);
Ankylosing spondylitis;

Acute gouty arthritis;
