Feldene (Piroxicam)Pharmacological action
Feldene renders antiinflammatory action which mechanism is bound to oppression of synthesis of Prostaglandinums.
Feldene relaxs a pain syndrome of average intensity. At an articulate syndrome relaxs or stops an inflammation and a pain in rest and at locomotion, reduces morning constraint and a tumescence of joints, promotes augmentation of volume of movements. The preparation also reduces aggregation of thrombocytes.
Indications
- A pseudorheumatism;
- An osteoarthrosis;
- Spondylites;

- A traumatic inflammation of osteomuscular system.
Dosing regimen
At diseases of joints (a pseudorheumatism, an osteoarthrosis, spondylites) the average recommended dose compounds 20 mg of 1 times/days

At an acute attack of a gout prescribe on 40 mg/sut within 5-7 days.

Side effect

Contraindications
- A stomach and duodenum peptic ulcer and-or bleedings from GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT;

- Hypersensitivity to Feldene.
Pregnancy and lactemia
