Pharmacokinetics
At peroral reception of Indocin in tablets, capsules or in the form of suspension the preparation is soaked up within 4 hours on 90 %. The absorption from slowly liberating capsules occurs within 12 hours and makes 90 %. Degree of linkage with fibers of a blood plasma high - 90 98 %. T 1/2 on the average makes 4,5 hours (at older persons it is enlarged by 26 %).
SIde-effects
A headache, giddiness, drowsiness, feeling of weariness, a nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, a pain in an anticardium, a bleeding from GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT; BP rising, edemas; a thrombocytopenia, a leukopenia, an aplastic anaemia, allergic reactions.
Contraindications
A hypersensibility to a preparation; a stomach and duodenum peptic ulcer, other ulcerative processes in an intestine and an esophagus; a bronchial asthma; pregnancy and feeding by a breast.
Undesirable reactions at interaction with other medical products. Indocin weakens effects of Furosemidum, hypotensive action of beta adrenoblockers at their simultaneous reception at the expense of a sodium and water delay
In an organism. It is caused by that Indocin, worsens blood supply of kidneys, detaining water and sodium. At simultaneous appointment of Indocin with Salicylases the last reduce concentration of Indocin in plasma. Indocin extends T 1/2 Penicillinums. Concentration of lithium in plasma if it is applied together with Indocin raises. Other undesirable interactions are similar to acid acetilsalicylic (see acid acetilsalicylic).
