Renders antiinflammatory febrifugal action.
The action mechanism is caused by ability of a preparation to inhibit biosynthesis of Prostaglandinums which are mediators of an inflammation.
Indications
Symptomatic therapy of following diseases:
- A pseudorheumatism;
- An osteoarthrosis;
- An ankylosing spondylitis.
Dosing regimen
At a pseudorheumatism the preparation is prescribed in a dose by of 15 mg/days At sufficient expression of therapeutic effect a dose can be lowered to 7.5 mg/days
At an osteoarthrosis the recommended dose compounds 7.5 mg/days If necessary probably augmentation of a dose to 15 mg/days
At ankylosing spondylitis Mobic prescribe in a dose of 15 mg/days
At patients with the raised risk of development of undesirable effects treatment it is necessary to begin of 7.5 mg/days with a dose
The maximum daily dose compounds 15 mg.
At patients with renal insufficiency of the serious degree, being on a hemodialysis, the daily dose should not exceed 7.5 mg. With renal insufficiency of moderate severity level dose declines are not required from patients.

Side effect
From the alimentary system: a dyspepsia, a nausea, vomiting, abdominal pains, a constipation, a meteorism, a diarrhoeia, an eructation, an esophagitis, erozivno-ulcer lesions GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT, visible bleeding from GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT, transitional changes of indicators of function of a liver (rising of activity of transaminases or bilirubin level in a blood plasma), a stomatitis.
