Naprosyn (Naproxen)Pharmacological action
The combined preparation. Renders febrifugal and antiinflammatory action.
Naprosyn (Naproxen) and Salicylamidum mechanism of action is bound to inhibition of synthesis of Prostaglandinums and influence on the thermoregulation centre in a hypothalamus.
Caffeine has psychogogic, analeptic, spasmolytic an effect on a smooth musculation, reduces aggregation of thrombocytes and liberates Histaminum from mast cells.
Indications
As an anaesthetic at a pain syndrome easy and moderately severe:
- A neuralgia;
- A sciatica;
- Is degenerate-dystrophic diseases of a locomotorium (an osteochondrosis, an osteoarthrosis, an ankylosing spondylarthritis);
- A headache, a migraine;
- A dentagra;
As a febrifuge:
- A feverish syndrome at catarrhal, infectious and inflammatory diseases.
Naprosyn Dosing regimen
The preparation should be applied after a cleansing enema.
Duration of application as an anaesthetic - no more than 5 days; as a febrifuge - no more than 3 days.
